[Study to success]

today:
- Rewrite common mod practice essay from last term that I completed winged. I still passed somehow but only just (actually I just realised that I never properly finished my notes so I'll probably finish some more asw)
- Finish the math exercise
- Study for the business report practice task (I really hope it's open book but idk)
- Work on DT

I also need to plan out how I'm gonna study for half yearlys but idk if I'll get to that

Hi!! idk if I'm gonna be of any help but my best advice is to work on it consistenly, lol...
I can't remember 100%, but I'm pretty sure that you had to base the project on a text you'd done in class + related texts of your choosing?
This is probably obvious, but make sure that the "manifestations" (of the main text) that you're going to use both fit your project, and can be used show a deep level of understanding, i.e. there's something actually there to analyse. (Inner monologue: Actually, I'm not sure if that is particularly useful advice... but )
I'm sure your teacher will provide you with resources etc. to help with developing the project so don't worry too much about it beforehand

ahhh alright tyty!!! i was planning on running the canonical text of Schindler's list, and manifestations of boy in striped pyjamas and then (morris gleitzman one) to explore how perspective changes morals within a story. what are opinions on this?

I wrote my friend's bday card and wrote one very bad body paragraph. But at least it's better than nothing

I kinda forgot about this lol but today:
- Do a ton of exterior designs for my Dt major work
- Make notes for Mod A eng (I'm so cooked for eng cause if I wanna start handing drafts I have like less than 2 weeks to hand in drafts for mod a, common mod and mod c)
- I also need to plan how I'll study for all these exams especially how I'm gonna get dt done and study for eng. Everything else I kinda cram ( I mean not ideal, so hopefully I won't cram)

I did a bit of DT and then I crashed out. My brain is just not normal and I seriously can’t concentrate or get any work done and now my mum’s mad at me

Legit just try using a pomodoro timer. And tell yourself you shall not sleep until everything on the list is done and go through with it. I used to be super distractable (and still am) but but ig removing every single distraction and keeping ur desk fully empty may help? Another thing is to lock in within 20-30 minutes upon coming home and then keep longer breaks between study periods. It will take longer but It means you have insane freedom to do whatever.

Ik but I literally get distracted in my own thoughts. It’s not even stuff that distracts me. I swear I have some sort of mental health condition cause nothing works

hi, just wanted to know where everyone is up to at this point of the year, I have a feeling that my school is like wayyy behind in some classes. For reference I take; English Advanced, English Ext 1 and 2, History Extension, Legal Studies, Modern History and Maths Standard.
