Hi Ascentyx, I am Sisir from India. I am planning to join Macquarie Uni next year to do Bachelor of computer Engineering. The minimum marks required for it is 75% in 12th(India). What if i get 65%? Can i still get admission because i am an international student? I heard that international students get admission even with low marks as they pay a lot of fees. Is that true?

hey ascentyx, i need an honest opinion dude,i wanna do pro accounting/appfin. now ive only done a general maths in yr 11/12. so far on this site and at the macq uni info day, people say that with the bridging course you will be fine and some ppl say that i have NO CHANCE whatsoeve in this course lol. what do you think? thanks mate. and i also want to be aiming for D+ marks.

BTW, I don't think you will need it though. I heard that actuarial maths is so much different from HSC maths as it focuses alot on statistics and other stuff. -
