well since your aim is to number 1 i think you should go against what the people at school tell you and do what you think is right? Our school ranking is 39 for those who don't know. I would say drop down to 12 units like the norm because it's easier to handle :)

That's a common combination and yes you can get 99.95 but you can also get 80 so it really depends on how you do, how your year does and how everyone else does really.

I agree! Just do your best, why bother dropping now- you would have practically wasted many hours studying + only your best 10 are taken as you know so it's not like it should impact that much
