  • no yr 11 bio is very very dry! honestly i hated it!
um in yr 12 theres maintaining a balance which is like regulating stuff in the body lol. umm so it had kidneys, blood composition, enzymes, hormones etc...it was good :)
blueprint of life is the one we're almost done. at the start i was like ahhhh im gunna hate this but i have to admit i shocked my teacher especially & i love it now! its all about like DNA, genes, chromosomes. :)
the next one is a search for better health which is about like diseases & all that. ill love that, thats the sort of stuff i enjoy
& then theres an option which for us we're doing biotechnology. im not sure what that entitles yet...
& dw. im sure you'll do great with your subjects!!
no no no no no dont neglect legal!!! just dont stress about it cos its not that hard!
YOU DROPPED BIOOOO????? :O :O :O yr 12 bio is awesome!!
yr 11 bio didnt interest me one bit. i was very close to dropping actually. thankfully i didnt.
ok you see my friend is the biggest stresshead i know
& it just so happened that i was on the phone to her when the timetable came out so i started screaming & then was like OMGGG YOU HAVE ENGLISH & FOOD TECH ON THE SAME DAY
& yesss lots of swearing followed that especially when i continued the rest of her timetable haha.
legal honestly is the easiest thing ever!! i mean i hardly studied for my legal halfyearly. ended up coming 2nd :)
umm yep those 2 big topics are maintaing a balance and blueprint of life :)
yeah my cafs teacher gives us a copy for our folder of sheets or book & a seperate one for our study book :) haha thats where i got teh highlighting idea from cos we highlight stuff in class when we're done.
yeah the syllabus' is sooo good!
    & do you do legal?
because for legal the extended response is practically taken striaght out of the syllabus for the option topics. same with cafs at times.
i try to do my study notes that same afternoon or if i have a free period that during the period but since my bio teacher was away the past 3 days ive done nothing in class haha. it was too hard to concentrate & i didnt really get it when i read it in class so i had to do all of it now & it was about 8 dot points arghh! no its not A4 its just a small one. im going to need a new bio one now though. ive finished my one :( oh well it fitted the 2 big topics in it so thats good.
& yeah i do print the syllabus. its not that much really. its about 4 pages for each topic & i do them back to back. for cafs our teacher gives it to us though.
we did the simple gift by steven hetrick. so good! i loved it. honestly, one of my favourite books id have to say & such an easy read!
& the good thing is it comes under poetry so we dont need to study a hard poem or collection of poems wooohoooo! its on the standard list too...
& yeah the notion of belonging is so broad its easy :)
yepp shes got business studies, eng, food tech, sor eng...poor thing :(
yeah i do study notes from the syllabus.
i actually have a study book. i mean i write out all my study notes. i find it more effective for me. & yeah i do dot points from the syllabus so once ive done that point i highlight it to know its done :)
modules for sure are harder because they're the seperate paper.
AOS is common so its easier. & belonging is dead easy! well i found it easy & interesting too. provided you do a good text which we did.

yesss im so glad i dont have 2 on the one day. i know my friend has 5 in the first week alone, so in 4 days. arghhh!
my stress levels are okayyish. i guess ill be stressed the whole year haha.
    yep my timetable goes:
wed 21 oct - english AOS
    thurs 22 oct - SOR 1
fri 23 oct - english modules
    tues 27 oct - maths
    thurs 29 oct - bio
    mon 2 nov - cafs
    tues 4 nov - legal

dont like 3 exams in a row but arghh oh well. its better than alot of other peoples timetables.

yeppp i make study notes :) its good :)
    not really.
    work work work :(
hsc timetable is out so its all extra scary!
nooo sorry i didnt do identity in yr 11. i did journeys. that was boring. we did Henry V & it almost killed me arghhh!
i have to finish off my bio study notes
i think i've watched it twice this year--it has only been on for a couple of weeks ( at least to my knowledge it has)
but i used to love it when it was on last year

haha let me guess BOS was distracting u?

right.. well that doesn't make sense. Do you only have 1 maths extension test?

so you told her on thursday.. hmm

u should have been allowed to take the test the next day.. i know people from my school who have done the test like a week after the test was offiicaly held.

    thought i don't think that's really allowed :p

    arghhh
i would seriously HATE to be in your situation
