  • Its only a short time to stay committed too. Ive done a lot tougher things than following a diet where a nutritious snack consists of a plate of cheese and kabana. OM NOM NOM.
going on it tomorrow. no carbs for 10 days. =/

The first week or two are supposed to be tough. Once you break through them though you lose the brain fade as learn to use fats for energy. Introduce a deficit after the introductory two weeks and you should be losing fat. :)

im sick of eggs from my diet last year! push through, food is fuel not entertainment
Whats your definition of sustainable? Im saying keto is good for cutting into single digit BF%. When coming from <~18%BF. So a person only needs to be on it for a short duration. 3 months max. Its not a diet for 40yo 35%BF sedentary women.
This diet is good for fast cuts and dedicated people.
Your body/brain can also function using ketones rather than carbohydrates. A keto diet moves you into ketosis - where you produce these ketones.
Also youre suppsed to eat your bodyweightKGSx10 in carbs one day-36-hours a week. Carbs are not completely cut out. We still need carbs to work at high intensities in the gym.
    Look up CKD Keto
Thanks for the neg you stupid bitch. :)

You can eat nuts as well if you like yolanda. You can start suckling mine right now.
    Thank you.

He's a bit of a clown. I don't see how any diet that says YOU CANT EAT FRUIT OR NUTS BUT YOU CAN EAT ALL THE CHEESE AND MEAT YOU CAN STOMACH is ever taken seriously.
Nah, i'm from sydney. Moving on campus on SUNDAY eek. Anything's better than sydney (aka douche-ney, though). are you moving there or commuting?
    That's a cool elective. :D
Ha, well we might have classes together :)
Nah, I'm from the Central Coast. Are you from newi?
You have to do 40 units a semester to finish the degree in 3 years. So yeah, you should pick an elective.
    I'm enrolled in MATH1002, BIOL1001, CHEM1010 and HUBS1403.
    Yeh i know lol.
But its the course i want.
    Oral Health.
Im going to look around for rent round the area.
Im going to be travelling up and back. But if it becomes a hassle ill move.
    My course is an Ourimbah.
What about you? WHat course you doing?
Did you go to the enrolment help session? The only good part of it was the free BBQ... ha
yeah i know it was so sudden! they are just like, okay move in monday! im ashlee :)
im going down on the monday aswell :) and staying for the tuesday, cause my enrollment help day thing is on the tuesday so it works out well. ahhh its all happening so fast! haha exciting :)
I was thinking about doing MATH1002 because it looked easy, but I just read that it's just a bridging course to MATH1110 and so you'd have to do MATH1110 eventually... So I guess I'll do MATH1110 first semester, then STAT in semester 2.

But this checklist (http://www.newcastle.edu.au/Resources/Faculties/Faculty%20of%20Science%20and%20IT/programs/2008%20to%202010_program_enrolment_checklist_bscience.pdf) makes it seem as though you can do either MATH1001 or MATH1002 OR MATH 1110 OR MATH1210. I'm really confused....
I swear you only have to do 10 units of MATH... I've only enrolled in one MATH course :s
    lol, uni is so confusing...
It depends on the MATH you're doing, MATH1110 is offered sem 1 & 2, and the other MATH's are offered first, and STAT is also offered both semesters, so you can split them up. At least I hope you can... I hope I'm not doing something wrong! haha
