Memorise all the syllabus dot points and USE the SYLLABUS DOT POINTS to answer your responses. It would be very very useful if you treat essay question as some structure with syllabus dot points as organs. Under each syllabus dot point, write stuff on it. Make sure you use syllabus dot points and use business terminology right.
Also try to know what's expected in each section. For the 3rd section which is report, you are expected to write a report-style answer. Make recommendation and etc. Study the structure of business report and you should be fine. As I said, try to know as much as you can about each syllabus dot point.
