That just says that she went to Matrix Education for at least one subject. But what's the guarantee that she went there specifically for Extension 2?

I think they stick to the syllabus very well content-wise, much better than the 'paid' exam papers even (CSSA, Independent etc) and school trials. Surely their refusal to change the name can be overlooked.

Thanks. It is a relatively well-known property of the ellipse, but rephrasing it to make it HSC accessible took some tinkering around with the phrasing and constructions. It's simply proving the fact that T is the center of the excircle of triangle SPQ. It turned out to be a huge coincidence...
