    Role of a named chemist

The named chemist doesn't have to be a real chemist. Its more just a chemist in a particular branch of chemistry what they do and a principle that they use

    "Explain the Meissner effect"

except heaps of energy is required for cooling as well

    "Explain the Meissner effect"

there are 2 types of maglev train One uses superconductors for levitation which uses the Meissner Effect The other which simply uses two very strong electromagnets

    Solar cells

its only one mark so I think it is just asking to state the significance of Planck's constant

    Solar cells

    I don't see it

    Impossible integral

although i'm curious to why the 3rd line is there surely -log(x^2+1)+log(x-i)+log(x+i) =-log(x^2+1)+log(x^2+1) =0

    Impossible integral

i.e. beyond the scope of the extension 2 course

    Solar cells

I reckon the formula should still apply but it is beyond the scope of the syllabus to apply it Both these textbooks define the photoelectric effect for metals only so I would be reluctant to say that solar cells operate using the photelectric effect

    Solar cells

Along with the video posted above this is very good explanation http://community.boredofstudies.org/18/physics/291080/how-does-solar-cell-work.html#post6094413

    Solar cells

Someone correct me if i'm wrong this is what I learnt It doesn't need sunlight to be shone on it for the p-n junction form. Simply connecting the P and N semiconductor will cause a p-n junction and hence a potential difference to occur The PV cell isn't the photoelectric effect since the...
