    career options etc what's better?

A Bsc with a major in comp science is a degree in computer science. If you like physiology as well the BSc with a double major is the way to you. Good to do stuff that will interest you.

    Socialist Alternative Nuisances?

They make me laugh in pity so much. Some of their 'causes' are good, others arent so good but the way they go about everything, as evidenced, in that is pretty pathetic.

    The HPSC2101 thread

So its essentially the same as HPSC2100 questions then. I can do that. Hes been pretty good. Comes across fairly genuine which is refreshing You slightly love this stuff too much. But Ofer and Paul are already better than any maths lecturer Ive had.

    The HPSC2101 thread

Someones a bit too keen. Doing these readings and, while pretty interesting, I have no idea what the questions are meant to be aimed at. Is it just anything pretty much that we think of that addresses the text and shows we've given it some thought?

    Socialist Alternative Nuisances?

While you may be less politically in agreement with the young libs, Im not aware of them having remotely the same annoying presence on campus that the socialist alternative has. From my experience the young libs, like the other political groups, tend to focus more on their own society rather...

I found him a very engaging and enjoyable lecturer was is very passionate about his subject. I havent come across enough lecturers at uni who convey their...

Why are people choosing to pursue a career in medicine?

When you compare it to law, acturial etc I think the difference is the interest in the human body. If you have a strong interest in the human body it leaves jobs such as medicine, dentistry, physio, chiropractor, radiography or research. Dentistry while has the benefit of having less...

Why are people choosing to pursue a career in medicine?

So many stereotypes. The most common reasons would be to help people, a deep fascination for the human body And if it was just the $$$, surely theyd be doing commerce where they could make more without the gruelling training of medicine
