I can see what you mean but my back/chest ALWAYS gives out way before my arms do in my training. Then i just smash out arms at the end. Admire your dedication bro measuring every 36 days is pretty neat

I agree with the mindset of having a training split you enjoy and that gets you into the gym but i am not a fan of your regime. Why not just do a push/pull/split and actually hit every body part evenly so you arent imbalanced?

anecdotally, at my rank 300-310ish school only 6 of us even broke 90 and we pretty much came 1st/2nd/3rd in all our different subjects.
