What's wrong with how I speak

I dont think it is how long u should study, but it's rather how you structure it, like you could studying 10 hours a day for the week, but you could study like 1-2 hours every day for a week, so then u wont get burnt out.

I'd recommend Engineering and Computer Science. You have great back up options, and a doctor with CS/Engineering background is absolutely a lethal combo if you ever want to do research/become a biomedical entrepreneur sheeesh, that def sounds lethal. I might consider that.
