Can I still get an ATAR of 80+?

Yep, just affirming what the others said. Try to do really well in the externals (especially in the subjects you are ranked 1st or 2nd in) and an 80+ ATAR looks very likely. Good luck !

Should I beg the head teacher for an advanced English spot?

honestly, I would affirm that you should try to English Advanced (considering you are in year 11) - you still have time to move down if it does not suit you. But the scaling difference itself (in my opinion) is enough to choose advanced over standard. I had friends who forgo the chance to do...

What if your internal unmoderated mark is the same when rounded to the nearest integer, but your rank is different?

oh ok fair @jimmysmith560 @girlwithnoname. Ig being off by 0.1% may have less of an impact than being say 10% off obviously.... I also had a look at earlier threads and found this from this thread: https://boredofstudies.org/threads/internal-marking.316124/ ig its quite vague, but if in the...

What happens if the students placed 1st and 2nd in the internals get the same HSC mark?

doesn't this only work if the internal mark difference before moderation is perse close together?

Where can we find the 2022 past papers?

oh nah I meant as in trial papers that schools have already done lmao

What if your internal unmoderated mark is the same when rounded to the nearest integer, but your rank is different?

What happens when the internal mark for any two students for example is 94 when rounded to the nearest integer, but they have a different rank (due to a decimal difference in marks).... will there be a difference in moderation? Thanks!

It basically relates to how many moles of products as opposed to reactants are produced..... and what type of products (their states) are produced. That is to say more moles, equal positive entropy and moreover having more moles of gaseous substances or liquids as opposed to solids, will also...
