Hey could anyone explain to me how to maximise a chance of getting a cadetship next year. I'll most likely be going to USYD for comm/law (through e12) and wanted to do a cadetship in second year (or as early as possible, didnt apply this year), what kind of things do these employers (???) look...

can one choose majors in first year for commerce or is it only during second year we can choose? or does it depend on the uni?

what would a raw mark in the range of 93-95 be looking at?

hmm thats wierd considering that if you get a high enough atar they dont even really look at LAT, so how would the ATAR requirement drop

you do need calculus for CDF/PDFs + there was a decent amount of calculus in that paper as well, except in this paper it was more applied.

its fine just get 98+ (maybe even 97+ but that might be pushing it) and you wont need to use LAT

yeh it seems that it would be tmrw or the 24th

as long as you get like 98+ atar you should be fine with pretty much any LAT score, apparently people with 98 ATAR get in with LATs in the 30s

Isnt B simply the time in which the phone finishes charging i.e. 3h 57 mins after sunrise, but they want the time taken so wouldnt you mins b from a, hence it would be 57 mins not 3h 57 mins

For part B is it its meant to be 1-(P(0.1)+P(0.2)+P(0.3)+P(0.4)) right? cause it says greater than Z=4? Is this correct or were you not meant to subtract P(4) from 1?
