    So I am currently a permanent resident and I have the ceremony to receive my Australian citizenship on the 21st of march. Am I eligible for hecs? because the payment date is on the 4th but the census date is 31st.

    I passed my citizenship and mailed the immigration whether I could get an earlier ceremony. The payment date is on the 4th of March. If I don't make the payment by here, what happens? I can make the payment anytime between 4th and 31st of March right ?.
