For ACCT1501, the homework questions are from the latest edition so probably be best to purchase it and if you like can also purchase the study guide (PM me for second hand) For ECON1101, wait for the course outline for this semester since for the last two semesters, a free copy of the textbook...

Yes SCIF1121 is compulsory and why would you pick an irrelevant course, it will just hinder your graduation. Just choose SCIF1121, MATH1151, ACCT1501 and ECON1101 for the first semester.

I recommend doing ACCT1501 instead of INFS1602. Dead meat if all your tutorial tests and assignments happen on the same week, unless you enjoy having 4 exams/tests in one day.

If you like maths do FINS1613 along with ECON1101, ACCT1501 and ECON1203 although many found ECON1203 difficult in the beginning.
