Yeah true, I am interested to see how NESA goes from here as the two papers for 2019 and 2020 are quite different in terms of the core focus of how they structured it

No idea to be honest as I have no link to NESA so I wouldn't be able to tell you what they are thinking, but I don't think you can just make that conclusion. That's because the 2019 paper had some writing too and 2020 more skewed towards the calculations

Yeah this is to be expected the 2019 paper was the first of the new syllabus so they probably set a medium difficulty as a baseline, but the 2020 HSC paper is probably going to be reflective of what will now be the new normal for the chemistry papers
