umm i didnt. i just manipulated the inequalities value... (i think its possible LOL) you see this? the LHS essentially equals |z2|. So if you bring the |z1| on the RHS to the LHS you get the latter half... and you just do the same to ii) but maybe someone else has a better method to do...

LOL, im not into reading but i found the book pretty good :] . Its very interesting and explores alot of philosophical idealogies. However, the beginning of the book is really bland and boring, so i too was put off by it at first. Actually attempt to make a personal connection with your texts...

If you have notes (especially from someone else, who did well in the HSC) then use them! Use them as an extra resource, but just don't COMPLETELY rely on them.. Don't just study someone else's notes, for the sake of being lazy and detatched from your own studies. With that being said...
