Im going to be brutally honest here. 99-99.3 very maximum. I don't think you can get 99.95 with those subjects and marks. To get 99.95 your going to need multiple state rankings and extremely high marks as previously mentioned and you appear to be underestimating the difficulty of getting 99.95...
