From my experience, Medentry S1 was harder than actual UMAT but the actual UMAT did have some hard S1 questions just not as ridiculous as some of the ones on Medentry. Regardless I think S2 is probably more important in determining your final score.

As long as this is your final rank sent to NESA then you have a shot. If you are rank 2 and 3 you will have a really really slim chance. Anything worse than that then probably no chance.

I essentially did the same subjects as you for in Yr 11 with Modern replaced with Bio. If you love maths I would recommend upgrading to 4U and dropping English down to advanced. However, I would advise against dropping and then attempting to re-enrol in the course so do make sure your decision...
