Look dude imo the best way to study Hamlet is to have pre-prepared ideas on as many topics as possible. They dont all have to be written down, just know them.

Well I usually do trial papers that my school gave- CSSA/Independent/QATS. However i was just doing 2009 HSC paper and for some reason I made alot of mistakes which made me have a major panic attack.

I read the question carefully and Im pretty sure I understand the majority of the concepts correctly as I can answer them fully in section 2. However in Multiple choice I often get stuck between two answers which are really close :/.

Quotes are the foundation, its what you do with the quotes that can allow your marks to sky rocket. Try and find a minor character/event/setting and analyze the HELL out of it, it shows you have detailed knowledge of the play.

Death as a paragraph/series of paragraphs. Make sure all your themes are tightly linked in the paragraphs. For example I linked death, religion and society together for my trials and it worked out really well.
