I picked the one that said it does not have jurisdiction According to Google : The ICC cannot investigate or prosecute governments, corporations, political parties, or rebel movements, But idk if im correct or not though

its mainly because we had similar questions as the adv students, which teachers had not rlly set us for and past papers were no help. This is the reason according to me and some of my friends.
