My best advice is UWS. Many uni's do give out bonus points however these are minimal and are usually only 5 points. However UWS offers 10-15 bonus points! This should gain you entry. If you don't like the idea of that uni then go there and transfer. It's better than nothing at all I guess...

Unfortunately no. There is no point in appealing your ATAR. :( The only possible solution in doing this is to get a lower ATAR then what you have been given. Music scales much lower then your other subjects and although you have achieved a reasonably good mark if it were to be put in your ATAR...

Most teachers will recommend that you have 2 related texts that are different to your prescribed and other related text. E.G. no 2 plays, no 2 songs, no 2 movies. However it really doesn't matter what you have. If you write about it well the marker couldn't care less. This year many people did...
