Oh i get it, but won't memorising old essays be a waste of time since it may be completely irrelevant to the exam? Or do you mean have a look at techniques and learn from that, if that's the case I understand.

How does one actually study for AMC style questions? The questions are so variant in content and 95% of the content in it isn't taught at school, does anyone know how to 'study' or at least prepare well for these sort of questions?
