Yes. If you are somewhat adept at mathematics, you should definitely take 4u. It is a much more rewarding subject than ext. history

it's quite common for a 90 atar to be achieved without b6's. I know numerous people who've done so. Most, if not all, had decent scaling subjects (like yours) which is of course helpful.

Not worth it. Focus on smashing 4u

No, it wouldn't. If you drop a course, any mark you obtained previously will be 'discarded'. An estimate should be calculated by your school for your missed general maths assessment.
