Hi I got to a school ranked ~148 in 2011. My friend's subjects and ranks are as follows: English (Standard) - 9/101 Mathematics Extension One- 2/8 Mathematics Extension Two - 3/4 Chemistry - =4/10 Biology - 3/26 Studies of Religion II - 2/12

HSC advanced English is marked harshly. ~70% is a 90 exam mark.

University of Sydney. Griffith University. University of Queensland. It's is a combined MBBS/Science or Arts or Medical Science or something with the other degree coming first though. So you enter as a post grad anyways

Probably top ten in all the high scaling subjects at a top 20 school. Just to be safe I'd say top 5 in everything except top 10 in English.
