yeah thats what i meant sorry i didnt explain it because from the case being prima facie, then it can be head in a higher court but the first starting block would be the common law and the local courts. well heres to hoping! :)

This is the NZ one right? there was a question like this before I think its because the prompt said "Sydney" hotel, so the local courts cause they could use all the anti discrimination laws to protect his rights ect ect/common law + local courts = the prima facie?

On what grounds is it contract? by process of elimination its gotta be property right to remain silent is your rights as the accused.. not sure where it is protected...

haha yeah he is awesome i went from middle in the year to 2nd under his guidance :D our trial was Weimar and Nazi Racial Policy. Webb didnt focus on "role of the army" much at all.... i would be lost in that quesiton

i am REALLY HOPING that they ask a indochina after the french/USA and indochina question and not anything from the second indochina war... i think maybe "attempts at peacemaking" cause that would just me mean

Perhaps it will be something really open like Assess role of the law in family disputes? include a discussion of ______ and then expect you to draw the links to the material and themes? that would be such a sweet curve ball. i can only hope haha
