not really....some of the students dont accept the offers and as a result the scholarship officers will give an offer to the next candidate...so in a way you have a small chance to getting an offer...this applies to a few scholarships on your list

As of now, I dont think many people would have heard or received any feedback since the scholarship officers just started working today and throughout their leave period, students would have been sending them emails about their offers...So in a way they would have to go through a BIG number of...
