Don't conclude that the ATAR's are concentrated around 95-99 based on reading the ATAR thread on this site. The kids on here are by no means a representative sample of the state. There's a school that didn't get any b6's, and b5's were rare, in a 150 student cohort. There's no conspiracy here...
