How to Graph - help ASAP

I have a physics practical task really soon, and we are going to have to draw a graph. Alright. A few questions. 1) Does your axis have to start at zero, or can you start it on whatever number you want? 2) How do you draw a line of best fit. 3) Where do you stop the line of best fit, do you...

    Question

That is weird indeed.. I don't know. In a case like this: the wire is always perpendicular to the magnetic field, so theta = 90 degrees.....and sin90 = 1. So in this case F = BIL is all you would need. However, in your case, I would think that you would need to times by sin(30).. Sorry...

    AC Induction Motor Question

An AC induction motor relies on the principle that a moving magnetic field induces a current in the rotor with a direction that, according to Lenz’s law, causes the rotor to spin in the same direction as the magnetic field. THere is the motor effect and Faraday's law.......

re: HSC Physics Marathon Archive OR... the muon one. (muons are tiny particles that are 'created' when cosmic rays hit our upper atmosphere.) They then travel towards the ground at close to speed of light. Muons are unstable and have a short lifetime (2.2x10 to the -6) when stationary. If we...

re: HSC Physics Marathon Archive 2 precise clocks. One was kept on ground, one was put on a plane that flew around the world. The two clocks were initially synchronised, but were out of synch after experiment. This shows time passes different in different time frames.
