The English Teachers Association actually completely subsidised my newspaper subscription, and I got it delivered to school. Its really good, even if you only read it for ten minutes a day. It keeps you aware and constantly engaging with the practice behind the theory. Plus there's the crosswords...

+1 I started putting things together during the holidays, working out what to do essentially took me the entire term. Don't be particularly worried, the all nighters won't come for a while yet :P If you are steady and focused, you won't even need one!

I'm thinking an Ethics question for P+H, but knowing my luck it'll be something else. For Sparta, something on Lycurgus??? 12 marker on the Helots??? For Tiberius Gracchus, it couldn't possibly ask something about the agrarian bill could it? Surely not?:biggrin: I love my personality study.

Mod A: Context easy generic Mod B: Extract was a good one, just need to integrate into generic response. Mod C: Easy - Just need to stipulate unique.

+1 The Cloudstreet question was good, because the ending extract really tied up the novel as a whole anyway, so it wasn't challenging to integrate into the response.

Re: WORSE PAPER EVER MADE .... Thoughts? Speaking to teachers afterwards, we agreed that it was a friendly paper, for us at any rate. The specific question for Module B didn't really phase anyone too much. Fingers crossed.

It took forever but the people there were very nice, all smiling and cheerful.They didn't mind us speaking quietly to each other and it didn't really put me out as I kept on double checking I'd filled everything out properly. I think its funny how some people just run for the door the moment...
