yeah for the loan repayments i kept writing 500 000 as 50 000 and like 1014 as 1.014 lol

question on short answers
Yes they will, but eco for full marks they usually like concise answers i.e within the space provided, but I guess everyones handwriting differs

You find where they intersect by doing 4x^3-4x^2+3x = 2x 4x^3-4x^2+1x = 0 x(4x^2-4x+1) Then solve for x, and you should get x = 0.5

i did 16a) I got to 0 = (-8)^2-4*2(-7+C) using discriminant the solved it wrong and put C=8/3 LOL

No you don't enter the raw mark into the calculator, you enter the alligned exam mark. Like 70raw mark would be a mid-band 5 like 85, then you'd enter that 85 into the ATAR calculator. I think this is how they do it, not 100%
