PROS
1.Year 11 - I'd definitely recommend it. The subjects interlink well in some areas. (Chem/phys) (Chem/bio) so it's definitely a bonus to sometimes learn from the other sciences.

hm yeah I remember they had it temporarily a few months ago. not sure what was wrong with it though. but it may work better now since it's the only system to base credibility on.
just make the ability to like a post. I've seen it in many vBulletin forums as a replacement for rep.
it's better since it pretty much removes the people who rep for popularity since you can't 'like' someone back - you can only like their posts, and there's no real incentive to like someones...
To be fair, I know if I'm going to spend money on private tutoring, I'd like to have the tutor with an ATAR of 99+ as it is a good indication that they have done well
However, like 4025808 said, you should check what marks they got for the subject they are teaching
