You should drop the one you don't enjoy because when you sit down to study your ass off, you want to be studying something you enjoy.

Potential of a cell containing Aluminium metal in a Bromine solution?

    Rules for selecting related material?

You don't want to choose a text that is another core text. Choosing an ORM is to make students read a "wide range" of texts. Try and find something that not many other people will choose since it will make your essay stand out.

    Prac Experiments - Space?

Why would you need to derive an equation for projectile motion? All of the equations you use for projectile motion are on the data sheet. The only experiment you would do for projectile motion is like what Animex said.

    Michelson-Morley Experiment

Result of the experiment was null - they weren't able to determine the speed of Earth through the aether. The result led to Einstein's theory of relativity.

    Reductant

Looking at the standard potentials table it shows: As the table shows reduction potential, F2 reduces to F- with the highest potential in the table (2.89 V) Flipping around the equation gives F- oxidises to F2 which gives it a very low reduction potential (-2.89 V) As we know an oxidant...

    Quanta to Quarks

Is Manhattan supposed to be hard? I had the 7 marker on Manhattan's impact on society for my trial and didn't have any trouble. Standard Model on the other hand..

    Full Examination Paper

So if you still talked about the photoelectric effect, you would at least get some marks because they both rely on the photoelectric effect to work yes?

    Full Examination Paper

I've never even heard of what photocells are until today, fml. Just wrote about solar cells.

    Quanta to Quarks

I talked about the development of the atomic model from Bohr to de Broglie in regards to stable electron orbitals. After that I talked about the de Broglie wavelength and how he used ideas of the wave-particle duality to suggest that all matter had a wavelength. Hopefully I wrote enough for 7 marks.

    HSC Physics Marathon 2013-2015 Archive

re: HSC Physics Marathon Archive I'm not sure how many marks this Q would be.. so i'll give it a shot. Lenz's Law states that an induced emf will produce a magnetic field that opposes the original chance in magnetic flux. Without back emf, motors would not obey the law of conservation of...

    HSC Physics Marathon 2013-2015 Archive

re: HSC Physics Marathon Archive The cathode is heated and produces electrons. The anode attracts the electrons, accelerating and focusing them. The deflection plates bend the beam towards a fluorescent screen to produce a picture.

Remembered my latest ranks. Need ATAR Estimate. Thanks.

Because someone has to get in the 50s, it's just a fact of life. We can't change your ranks or your marks mate. These people are just telling you what they think you'll get from what you've given them. Don't get all pissy.
