Well I don't think there's much difference in difficulty in standard and advanced and advanced scales much higher and even if you don't need a high ATAR, it'd still be better if you chose advanced (just saying)

Just curious but why did you pick up english standard? You realise that it's not easy getting a band 6 in english standard hence it wasn't a good choice to pick standard english (unless the head of english didn't let you in Advanced because they thought you weren't capable or whatever)

It would but you would need to inform your school and BOSTES if you were to do it all in one year (prelim and HSC) Distance ed, IDK if they do a HSC in one year thing at all, you will need to contact them on that

I'm pree sure it's a BOSTES requirement that you must complete prelim 3U before going to HSC 3U

I think you can do 3U maths out of school but you need the permission of your school principal to do so

You still can make time, even without accelerating
