I'm pretty happy with where I am and appreciate what I got out of the CA - but as they said during our ceremony, the CA isn't so much about what you learn but what it tells others about you.

Depends on your own learning style though. Some people learn by handwriting, others prefer to type. Main benefit of digital is you can't lose it (and easier to share on BoS later right?). For me back in the day I used to write, and then I'd type it up and use the opportunity to reformat/change...

The point I wanted to get to is I never thought much about scaling back when I did my HSC once I had selected my subjects which I was interested in.

I don’t think I was too badly impacted by scaling (98/100 exam mark, assessment and hsc overall). But I also didn’t give much thought to scaling concepts and just tried to do my best.

agreed. but i am being a model citizen now and turning on camera more.. but may be short lived as my laptop camera is usually blocked by the monitor and my webcam i ordered still hasn't even shipped.

Office announced mandatory working remotely except with explicit permission to come into the office. That being said without the free coffee and colleagues to interact with, my incentive to go in has definitely been reduced.
