i found for english the 5 subject book was great as i could put each topic under a "subject" For all other subjects i got small folders and used one for each subject, it was much easier cause i didnt have to spend time sticking sheets in, i could just hole punch them in. Then I got big folders...

bio is better for ATAR, but you wont study it if you dont enjoy it. Why dont you just start all the courses cause the bio yr 12 is way better than 11 IMO.

Really, rest is the best thing you can do. Apparently vitamin C and garlic tablets help. I usually just use difflam spray (for throat) and sleep a lot. There is no treatment, you just have to wait it out.

textbooks have better detail, study guides are only good for making notes. Excel will only give you basic info, no where near as detailed. But they are still alright. Bit mainstream though.
