<5 hours a day is still a lot. totally fine to be doing that much. honestly, i've been doing 1-3 hours a day these holidays and i think since im studying efficiently thats fine.

im currently doing pretty well in legal (ranked first at a top 20 selective school) and i think doing essay plans is better than paragraphs overall, but like write a bunch of practice essays, that'll help you figure out what LCMD you need to memorise. here's an example of one of my practice...

Any particular period or location? The British Museum has some good stuff for primary sources. Also, second JSTOR and State Library. Often when you're researching secondary sources you can actually find good analysis of primary sources which you can use (but of course credit the historian)...
