And I believe Fort Street High School was first before the years of Ruse's streak.

Their streak won't end for another few years or possibly another decade. Depends what types of students are entering their schools every year. However, if they lose their streak such as they come 2nd in like 2013, in 2014 they'll be back to first guaranteed. They'll most likely lose their streak...
