I think you get to do it in the second year and you get to choose what ever courses you like to study within the 4 years each sememster as long as you satisfy the pre req

You have a 99% chance wtih 1% being the Atar cutoff rising up to 96 which is highly unlikely

So the people with a higher atar above me DON'T accept it will it keep on going down the list to a person who will accept it?

Really you should do maths and finance which (any degree you stated) and do the maths required in the actuarial degree

I think you should do commerce/science as you are allowed to substitute the first year commerce math courses for actual ones (i.e math1151) then you can get 80 wam and transfer while getting credit

Apprentlely the 2 round offers have usually higher cutoffs (i.e 99+) this is to account for people who didn't get into medicine or law and want to get in a course just as high and they get the priority. In short, its nearly impossible to have a chance to get in :O

Usually the atar cut offs are not much different per year it is usually + or - 1
