I've bought a Excel book for Standard so i could have a book that would tell me the techniques and explaination of them for texts, and all i see in the book is analysis. It just keeps explaining what the stories are about instead of how the authors use their techniques. Any one else notice this...

Its not strange. Everyones different in how much sleep is optimal. Some are even lucky to be at peak performance with just 2-3 hours. Me on the other hand need a solid 9-10
