As far as I'm aware, the publisher (Pearson) no longer uploads solutions/answers for old editions (probably in order to encourage students to buy the latest edition).

What level of Mathematics are you asking about? Extension 1? General? Extension 2?

For a start, I don't 100% understand what your question is asking. Furthermore, aligning is a process done by BOSTES as a standards-based adjustment process - as far as I know, school ranks and cohort performances don't come into play. It's a process applied to the whole state's marks as a whole!
