I'm not sure but I think your 17 may be wrong. No one has an automatic right to legal representation (established in Dietrich v the Queen). The right was never 'guaranteed' in the first place.

I found the paper much easier than expected. I was just unprepared for legal in general. The short answer wasn't a challenge, the mc were easy aside from 2-3 that threw me, family was my best essay section. I think I did averagely in crime/Workplace. Although I feel I didn't answer the Workplace...

Most of the mc was okay. There were 2-3 questions that threw me. I can't remember my answers though.
