There were tracks I liked i.e. Ashtray Heart (apparently that was their previous band name??) and speak in tongues. And there were tracks I didn't like i.e. the rest of the album.

An oldie but I haven't been able to stop playing I Feel It All by Feist. As well as Jona Vark by Gypsy and the Cat which I think are a triple j unearthed band.

Love Arcade Fire, and also feel the same towards Cold War Kids as Born Dancer...not a big fan.

The line up is great!! I don't know why i bothered with Big Day Out, Splendour sounds way better, another thing is its in the middle of winter...no more 16 year old ditsy fake blonde girls wearing bikinis.

I do too. My teacher said that if you got something that works, don't stop using it. Except sometimes we might get questions which means you might have to alter the story in order for it to answer the question or to fit the question but thats not really hard to do usually.

Thanks I have got quite a few of those bands/artists. And I do agree with you, the London folk scene is crap at the moment besides Marling and a few others.

I love indie-folk sounds but apart from the obvious Laura Marling, Noah and the Whale etc etc I don't have a very in depth collection of this genre. Anyone know any others?
