i really don't think it was my best performance. hopefully a 110/120 raw, and i have an awesome rank/assessment mark, so hopefully i will get pulled up a bit...

thats not right. someone getting 80% in adv english could easily maintain a high band 5 in standard english in the hsc. its much harder to get these same results in advanced though, obviously, because it's a harder course. otherwise there would be no point to standard english if you were going...

(HSC) mathematics - overall 97/100 - 5/120ish maths ext 1 - overall 47/50 - 6/100ish chemistry - 64.5/75 - 6/120ish english - overall 80/100 - 43/180 french - 84.5/95 - 4/7 and then dropping... physics - 40.5/75 - 47/99 music 2 - 17/30 - 4/7 woo =D

this year i did the advanced english course, as did everyone else because all year 11s at my school had to.... im really considering dropping to standard english only because i hate the subject, and struggle to study and prepare for it... my average this year was about 75-80 in the advanced...
