What do you like more? I did Mod Accel last year and while there's a bit of content it's pretty easy overall. Not that many essays till HSC. Overall I would lean to modern to help you with your other humanities while phys might be wasted info

Phys v Chem seems be an interest thing from I can discern, more of the science-y kids seem to be doing chem while humanities guys (yours truly) choose Phys. Also nice to see you doing legal, would've been my 4th pick if my school forced us to do 14. Seems we have similar dispositions.
