Hi, Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the R v AEM, KEM, MM NSWDC transcript? I cant find it on AUSTLII and the State Library says I could get it from there but I don't live near the library. It involved juvenile offenders which may explain why I can't find it. Help?

I admit it is unlikely that she did make them up however I think that the rules should be the same for her as they are for everyone else. I simply do not understand why she feels she can ignore the rules.

It was explained to us as 1 extract per text. 1 x 2 = 2 extracts in total. Thus, she has not followed the rules. We all want her to get 0.

I guess so. I still feel like she has been given an unfair advantage and it should result in loss of marks. It is typical for this girl though. 'Daddy' teaches at the school and gives her information about tests/upcoming assignments. Totally unfair but hopefully the HSC markers will 100% destroy...

Additionally, this is not the first time something like this has happened. In art, they were expected to create 3 artworks of different mediums and she created 2 drawings and a painting and still got full marks. I just don't think it's fair that she can ignore rules that we all have to follow.
