Nah this term hasn't gone too fast. Learnt a fair bit in some subjects, shit all in others though. Also it's hard to actually want to study because it Year 11 topics just don't seem relevent, I'm always thinking "Yeah I'll study seriously next year".

Yeah, my school still uses them as assessments. Thought most schools would. Like 50% weighting half yearly, 50% yearly lol (or 60/40 depending on the subject).

I've got Gothic Horror as well, doing Dracula and other cool stuff. Got it lucky I guess.

Seems like quite a few people in Year 11 are already starting to get into the pattern of regular study. I dunno, I don't really find it that neccessary yet because I'm disillusioned by the fact that within my school I still do really well with only cramming a bit the night before.. Might start...

lol, so far Bio has been heaps easy. Compared to Physics and Chem at least. Interesting I suppose (not ecosystems topic, that was gay shit), but yeah pretty easy overall.

Ah shit, I was gonna get Dot Point Physics, lol. Still might. Otherwise, what textbook would you suggest to go with Jacaranda (preferably one with plenty of questions + answers)?

I'd imagine that the teaching AT school at Ruse would be so effective that they wouldn't really have to do heaps at home during prelim/leadup to HSC. Plus they'd be naturally smarter as well lol..

Figure out what topic(s) the test is covering. Do heaps of questions out of the book for that topic. Even better if you've got more than 1 book, but if you truly understand formula and stuff you can go still do decent without them. Overall I think Maths is pretty straightforward to study...

No geography as in no science? lol, because not a great deal of people do geography I believe. As for your other subjects they're not outstanding but as you'll be told over 9000 times you can do good with any subject combination.. but if you think you can do equally well in English Advanced or...

In my MX1 we've finished polynomials and just started circle geometry. Done shit all in Mathematics so far lol. Not accelerating btw.
