Anyone know generally how long they take to get back to you? Applications closed on Friday 7th, so are we talking a few weeks? I assume they received a LOT of applications...but they're less than a page in writing.......

Anyone know what to put for the "date of availability" if I'm in Year 12 and applying for a cadetship? Like should I just put January/February/March 2014 since that's when most cadetships start I assume? Or should I write my last day of HSC exams.....late october 2013....?

And if the interviewer is pretty high up, I wouldn't know anyway right? :L Would there be any difference in how to approach an interview with a senior member vs a more junior member? And I guess this first interview is just with the cadetship company not actually UBS, so they probably wouldn't...

When you say some cadets work cruisy hours, is that like between programs? like co-ops and accounting cadets Or like they choose to work those hours, just because they're not as motivated? Tbh, I really want a cadetship so I can experience the industry, like the business side of things always...

Any tips for an interview for the UBS Cadetship? It's not with the actual company, but just with the Cadetship place first. Is it mostly personal questions or would you say more actually about the financial industry and the economy????

Anyone know which SHL practice tests I should take, before I take the online competency test for the UBS cadetship? e.g. verbal reason and/or numerical reasoning and/or inductive reasoning and/or deductive reasoning and/or situational judgement test and/or quick cognitive test and/or motivation...

What is it like to take the online competency test? How many tests are there? (on the site there's about 10 but I doubt they would require applicants to complete all of them) EG there would be the numerical one I'm guessing, but the personality questionnaire?
