Tbh I found 4u much much more interesting and fun than 3u. If you like maths I think you'll like 4u. 3u was really bland to be honest it's the same questions everytime but in 4u they can come up with some cool stuff so it's fun :D

Even tho I'm bad at these - I like basketball and swimming I'm starting oztag this sem too Rock climbing is my all time favourite though!

I really can't remember the exact marks but CSSA I got like 63 bc harsh marker (highest was 78) and I bombed it bc I wrote too slow, and I'm pretty sure in the other 2 trials and half yearlies I got like 80s probably?!?! In HSC I got 96 aligned so probably like 93-94 raw :)

Oh must've been my school then but we helped each other throughout the year :o like we had 3 sets of trials and people wouldn't complain if you asked to look at their english essays or if you asked for feedback from each other between trials

I'm guessing by internal mark they mean half of the final mark on your transcript, not the exam mark. Maybe call again! If it's impossible for you to do the exam then allg but I think try do it if possible!

Re: D My school gave estimates, maybe because we had 3 trials so each one was around 10-20%, but not sure for other schools! But yeah I'd do the exam and apply for illness and misadventure IF your sickness was severe enough, so that you get extra marks. Tbh sometimes it's too trek like I felt...

Tbh from what I know most people memorise for both advanced and extension. However maybe some backup quotes could be useful because I heard last year's extension questions were curveballs e.g. very specific themes for essays.

A majority of the new syllabus still contains old dot points just reworded, so you can still use past papers and resources/notes for those I guess. However I guess it's better to be overprepared than underprepared so any extra preparation and research you do will help :)
