That actually sounds like a great idea! but I thought one of the requirements for deferring an offer was that we weren't allowed to undertake any study elsewhere during the year of deferral.. if this isn't the case I might do that

haven't made my decision yet if i want to take up the late round offer.. but main round and late offers are both from diff universities, can i accept late round offer and still have my main round one or will that cancel/terminate? Thanks.

thanks for replying! do you reckon its a good idea to take a gap year to think about the degree i wanna do. Cuz I'm thinking i might not like my deferred one.. the disadvantages would probably be i wouldn't receive bonus points and would be wasting a year. My other option is to do 1 semester...

when internally transferring to a different degree in another faculty you have to get a good wam but do we also need to have completed the subjects in that new degree already or do we start afresh like first year.. cuz i might want a drastic career change..

i wanna take a gap year so i can think of what to do in uni like seriously think and not make any mistakes in choosing. I can defer the course i've already got now but my main concern is about me being classed in the non year 12 applicants when i reapply later this year.. :(

If i completed only one semester at unsw and applied thru uac for a transfer to another degree anywhere else, would they take into account my atar or first semester uni results... or both? thanks in advance.

I am also worried about classes filling up if i accept the second round offers. So if you don't get to major in what you like in the first semester.. after one semester are you able to pick the subjects and majors you want to do.. will the classes be full or anything.. I'm just really confused...

do management courses like mgmt1001 and mgmt1002 have good scaling. And does that mean in easier subjects it will nearly impossible to get D or HD.

say your doing a degree this year and want to internally transfer to another degree next year, can you apply thru uac with your student number. will they consider ur atar only this way...
